The ABR Roofing rally team was formed in 2003 with Kevin Ross competing in the Peugeot 205 one make Scottish Championship, immediately Kevin showed great potential winning the first four rounds and becoming not only the Peugeot Ecosse 205 Champion but also won the Scottish Junior Rally Championship.
The team then progressed with a Mitsubishi Evo VI where Kevin persistently beat far better cars and went on to finish an incredible 4th overall on the Jim Clark Rally and a 6th place on the Colin McRae Rally.
In 2007 Kevin won the Albar junior scholarship where he was to be given tuition and a tailored mentoring programme from ex World Rally Champion Colin McRae before his untimely accident.
With both work commitments and economic restraints the team has had to endure a spell away from the sport but has recently returned to compete in the Scottish Tarmac Rally Championship in a Subaru Impreza.
